Dear Friends and Family,

I hope this note finds you well. Over the past few years, my life and business journey have shifted in a way that has been deeply fulfilling. In 2021, I sold two of my businesses, which has allowed me more freedom to focus on what I feel called to — helping men become who and what God made them to be, both in life and in business. I now spend much of my time coaching others while focusing on areas where God has gifted me — growth, strategy, and leadership — without being consumed by the daily demands of operating a business.

One of the businesses I continue to help grow behind the scenes is Cashability — a private real estate lending business I helped co-found. Cashability provides short-term, secured funding to professional real estate investors who purchase and renovate properties. We’ve been blessed to see it grow into something very steady, stable, and fruitful.

Over time, friends and family have occasionally asked how they could participate. As Cashability continues to grow, we’ve decided to open a small window for a few close family and friends to invest alongside us. My parents, for example, recently moved some of their funds from a CD and are now receiving monthly interest payments from Cashability while still preserving full access to their principal after 12 months.

I’ve attached a short summary sheet with the basic details, but please know there’s absolutely no pressure or expectation. I simply wanted to personally share this opportunity with a few people close to me, in case it's something you would like to explore or learn more about.

If you have any questions or would like to talk further, I’d be happy to connect.

With gratitude,

Josh
