This is your dedicated time to drill down deep and get to the heart of the issue leveraging the groups collective experience to help you make wise decisions.

Godly Counsel:

Like Crucial Conversations – your group is prepared to help solve current life or business challenges that you or other members of the group may be currently facing. This time allows for things that just “come up” to be addressed in a timely way that doesn’t require waiting for your next Crucial Conversation time.

Accountability and Imperatives:

Each month members commit to 1 key milestone/goal in any area of their life they will accomplish before the next meeting. The beauty of this framework is the accountability that comes from reporting back to the group and the consequence you created for yourself if you don’t follow through.

The KF Master Mind Cohort is faith-based, highly structured with a proven model, led by trained and certified coaches, and focuses on personal, business, and spiritual growth.

Members are expected to commit to 12 cohort meetings per year and actively participate in the Council’s activities and growth initiatives.
