Why join an executive peer group?
Josh Dittrich

Being a husband, father, business owner, and community contributor can be hard to manage on your own while also trying to maintain your relationship with Christ. A group of like-minded individuals can provide support and resources to make more of an impact on the roles in your life. A faith-based executive peer group could be exactly what you need! With the help of Kingdom Factor, finding the support and tools needed to fulfill these roles in your life has never been more obtainable.

What is an executive peer group?

According to one source, ”Executive peer advisory groups (EPAGs) are exclusive organizations in which chief executive officers (CEOs) and presidents of businesses can problem solve business challenges, discuss business strategies, share best practices, and solve critical growth and performance issues.” In other words, CEO peer groups help members grow their network with business owners from outside of their communities. Another source’s definition, “A peer advisory group is an organized forum for fellow executives to come together and tap into each other’s insights and experiences. In these group settings, CEOs help one another with their toughest challenges, identify and pursue their most promising opportunities, and develop solutions for growth.”

Most CEO peer groups and leadership coaching companies such as Vistage and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), only coach on the business aspect of life, but what about those who are looking for support and growth in areas of their life such as being a husband, father and an active member of their community? Support and growth that comes from practicing the words and wisdom of Jesus Christ.

What is Kingdom Factor?

Kingdom Factor is a community of like-minded Christian business leaders who want to get the most out of being a husband, father, business owner, community contributor, and their relationship with Christ. Kingdom Factor follows a comprehensive and proven business model to ensure coaches help their members get the most out of their peer advisory group. As a business owner, it can be hard to give other areas of your life the time and attention they require. Kingdom Factor’s Christian business coaches provide insightful and meaningful support that goes beyond the prosperity of your business. Kingdom Factor coaches consider how the other areas of men’s lives suffer or are neglected due to their commitment to growing their businesses. What sets Kingdom Factor’s coaches apart from other companies’ coaches is discipleship. As disciples, Kingdom Factor’s coaches learn from Christ and actively work to live more like Him.

Kingdom Factor coach: Josh Dittrich’s story

Josh Dittrich’s journey to becoming an executive coach started with his realization that he wasn’t fulfilling his potential as a husband, a father, or a community contributor. The relationships with his wife and five children were suffering and deteriorating from his lack of commitment to his roles as a significant other and as a parent. As a Christian business leader, Josh found that through discipleship he could improve his roles in all areas of his life, not just the business aspect. Josh’s mission: “My mission is to help men grow in their faith to become better husbands & fathers and accelerate their businesses so they can experience freedom to reach their fullest potential and be a blessing to others.” By addressing the areas in his life where he was coming up short, Josh realized how important creating a balance truly is.

In achieving a successful career and financial gains, Josh still had voids in his life that couldn’t be filled by success or money. The relationships with his wife and each of his five children lacked any true emotional vulnerability and authenticity. Josh believes that success begins with fulfilling your roles as a husband, father, and most of all a disciple. As a certified coach, Josh helps members take the steps to become the best version of themselves at home, with their businesses, and in their communities. By addressing shortcomings, failures, and weaknesses, a path to a more fulfilled life can be paved. Through teaching, coaching, and advising, Josh guides men to become stewardpreneur’s: A person that leverages their God-given talents, passions, and resources to serve and create lasting impact in people, businesses, and their communities. Josh’s approach includes highlighting not only one’s achievements and success but also bringing to light the setbacks and struggles they endured on their journey to success.
